Images don’t always appear in preview window

Could it be rate-limiting from the image provider preventing hotlinking etc?

Is there a way to load the image once instead of on every refresh of the editor?

Hmm, possible although intuitively seems fairly unlikely given we’ve seen it for a pretty decent handful of different images…
