Add option to reset catalog on startup in desktop mode

Feature Description

Add a button in the incompatible catalog version error window that allows to reset the catalog.

Use Case(s)

If the version of the catalog is incompatible with the version of Polypheny-DB, it outputs an error. When starting Polypheny-DB from commandline this can easily be solved by starting Polypheny with the -resetCatalog argument. However, there is no such option in the desktop mode of Polypheny.

Possible solutions

One approach would be to check for an arguments file on startup and use the arguments from this file, and then delete the file. Make sure to exit Polypheny if the file can't be deleted.
