DeArrow is a paid browser extension.

I think you don't have to pay if you don't want to but it's a bit weird to use those words instead of "please help by donating".

IMHO, there's also something gross in making people pay for something that is crowd-sourced.

Maybe consider Clickbait Remover for Youtube instead.

I mean you don't have to contribute. I only "leech" of of the already submitted stuff in an app called LibreTube. I'd still welcome this as a useful addition to Tubular's feature list, but I'm personally not hell-bent on it.

I think it would be really useful, and it's not a paid extension as it was apparently commented before. And it can be disabled by default, and user can enable if wanting it (opt-in).

Piped is already using DeArrow. It's crowd sourced and not something paid. Please refrain from spreading misinformation.

The browser extensions require a paid license key to work after the trial period.

It doesn't if you're willing to wait a day:

However, if you cannot, or do not want to pay, you can click the button at the bottom to use DeArrow for free. No worries if you can't or don't want to pay :)

It's also open source: https://github.com/ajayyy/DeArrow

DeArrow is worth every penny, it is morally correct to pay for it.

I wish the developer of DeArrow made it $50 a month so that ungrateful leeches would be forced to melt their souls by looking at disgusting clickbait images and titles (this is what they deserve).
