你好，v4之前的版本都需要安装mujoco-py，可是mujoco-py安装起来有些复杂，可否让neorl支持一下v4呢

The current offline dataset has been collected based on a version prior to V2, so the environments may vary between different versions, which could lead to some discrepancies in the test results. We plan to conduct tests on V4 in the future to evaluate its performance. If the test results show no significant differences, we will decide how to enhance support for V4 based on the findings.
