[BUG] Unable to update FRONTEND after creation

Describe the bug When trying to update the load balancer on a frontend after creation, the SAVE FRONTEND button does not work.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Nodes'
2. Click on 'one of the exisiting frontend nodes'
3. Select 'UPDATE FRONTEND'
4. Select 'a new load balancer from the drop down list'
5. Click on SAVE FRONTEND

Expected behavior I would expect node nanny to save the change.
