FR - Discord Notification Threshold

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Nodes are consistently going in and out of sync during sessions which are expected behavior.

Describe the solution you'd like Add the option to set a threshold level per node that overrides the global threshold for notifications.

Additional context If a node is out of sync continuously for X minutes push the notification to discord based on the set value. If the threshold is not set, use the global value. This feature would minimize the number of alerts push to discord for trivial out-of-sync errors.

Thanks for this feature suggestion! I've logged this enhancement internally as well. I'll update this thread when this gets prioritized.
