Blue Bar appearing underneath applications bar Mac OS Monterey

There is a screenshot of this issue. There appears to be a blue line that runs about the length of 12 apps. The blue bar goes away as soon as I quit Pock so its something within Pocks system. Just wanted to let you guys know to see if there is a solution to fix it. : )

This is not a bug, but a feature! Turn off "Enable Cursor Support" in the Settings.

Turn off "Show tracking area" in the Settings also works
