What happened?

in all of the following samples a telemetry link like <img src="https://telemetry.sharepointpnp.com/powerapps-samples/samples/containers-example" /> is either missing or points to the wrong sample.

selfservice-groups, power-wordle-game, accessibility-color-contrast-checker, fluent-ui-for-teams-theme, focus_sessions, helpdesk-theme, sharepoint-events, US-map-with-SVG-Images

I only tagged @aprildunnam as she is author and maintainer and the authors can't do anything about this issue.

Steps to reproduce

1. open readme.md of the particular sample
2. scroll all the way down
3. check the link

Expected behavior

a correct telemetry link for each sample. PRs should not be merged before the sample is complete.
