Hi all, Thanks in advance for all their good help.

What Kind of Sample: column format

I have a personnel competency list as a SharePoint List.

Sample Description: what should it do

My goal is to: Get all cells with dates color coded based on how long since the date is from today's date.

I have found that this can be solved with a smart JSON script. :) Unfortunately, I'm in uncharted waters when it comes to JSON.

I now hope that some of you have some smart examples I can learn from and edit as needed.
