[Feature Request]: Text-to-speech play/pause, seek, volume control

Feature Description

Add a floating widget for play/pause and add an ability to seek to a spot in the thread, as mentioned in this commit.

Use Case

As a user, I want to be able to pause the text-to-speech if I'm about to do something else or if I'm thinking, etc., and play it from that spot when I return.

Also, seeking to a spot in the thread is helpful because reading might not always be linear. Also, as a user I want to be able to continue from a specific spot after refresh/restart, and seek feature would enable that.

Alternatives Considered

I'm thinking about contributing these features myself, but I don't know where to start...
