[Feature Request]: Custom Thread Container Width rework
Feature Description
Currently this plugin is modifying width from the center outwards because the textbox is centered in Perplexitys code (I imagine.) This means that when we set a value width higher than 1100px the plugin Thread ToC has no space to render its list but I prefer a much wider text output panel - it would look even nicer not anchored to the center and if it filled the whole space, allowing room for the Thread Toc Plugin to also do it's thing on the right hand side ... hopefully that makes sense.
Use Case
It would maximize the text output on the screen, while also mainting functionality of the amazing "Thread ToC Plugin."
Visually, it would look cleaner and more appealing IMO.

New autohide this by default sucks, can we have a toggle for that behaviour at least?
Could we get the mouseover effect treatement the left hand side menu has gotten on this feature? That would add a layer of polish IMO.
