New techs not displaying properly on wiki + unobtainable techs appearing

On the wiki's Tech tab, the effects of techs new to 1.3.7 (i.e., witchhunt/psychic/unfathomable stuff) aren't showing up—it's all just the default "No effect. Prerequisite technology." line. Also, the Forager/Dowsing tech lines for unimplemented omnivores aren't being hidden from view anymore, it seems?
