docs: Added a new heads up display tutorial and example

Changes

The heads up display tutorial was a requested feature a couple of months ago, here is my submission for a simple HUD tutorial and example

• Added a new HUD example
• Added a new HUD tutorial
• Added the HUD example to the pipeline
• Bumped navigation numbers on existing tutorials
