This PR fixes/closes issue #184

  • [x] bigint, bigfield
    • [ ] cleanup, add comments
  • [ ] update existing primitives to use this
  • [ ] remove crypto_bigint as dependency

Can we make this a tracking issue and have sub issues?

Also, I think we really only need a bigint -- we can just wrap PrimeField around our bigint once we have it.
