Issue with ruhoh while doing bundle exec

bundle exec ruhoh compile

Above command is defaults to ruby location which is not exist in my machine. Even though I changed to actual ruby path in ruhoh.bat it still pointing to same old path. I have tried with new cmd prompt and running cmd prompt as administrator. Could you please help me to fix this issue..
