Theme breaks when viewing an added post (following "quick start" in manual)

My Jekyll Bootstrap install's (fresh install) theme seems to break in posts.

Such as the 'jekyll-introduction' post.

This also possibly happens only in Firefox, I tried Safari and it displays it correctly.

the 2011-12-29-jekyll-introduction.md does not exist

Oh I already changed my theme from the default. This one is using a template (I copied a full "pre-designed" Github repository) that seems to work.

It's just the default Jekyll install that seemed to break. And it broke only in Firefox, it displayed right in Safari.
