Upgrades and fixes

So i made a few improvements to matlog 2.0

  • Upgrade gradle and dependencies
  • Fix black text for dark theme in dialog_view.xml
  • Store logs on /sdcard/Documents on Android 11 and above (Because of issue #61 . Hope this is ok)
