Regtest failing with segfault in v2.9

  • ERROR in test crystallization/rt-averaged-q6-spAspB/ @gtribello could you have a look? It fails only in macports but with a segfault

It seems the error is not present in v2.10 and master (though I didn't check if that test has been kept). I will try to reproduce it on my laptop to see if it's not a GitHub issue (e.g. with memory or other stuff)
