The filter in GLPI does not work properly when two tags are applied, and the goal is to obtain results that contain both tags.

Steps To reproduce
With this configuration: Ensure that at least two tags are registered in the system. Apply both tags to one or more items (e.g., tickets, assets). Go to: Access the search interface in GLPI. In the filter section, select the desired tags. Scroll down to: Click on "Apply filter" and review the displayed results. See the error: Notice that the filter displays results containing either of the selected tags (logical "OR"), but does not filter items that have both tags simultaneously (logical "AND").

This issue is the same reported in #213. I am also facing the same issue. It is important to be able to filter if the list of tags in the ticket contains certain values even if the ticket contain other values (it is an intersection).
There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale and will be closed automatically in 10 days.
If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release. If the problem persist, feel free to add a comment to revive this issue. If it is related to a new feature, please open a topic to discuss with community about this enhancement on suggestion website.
