No form input

When i want to create a new order, i have no input into the form. Only the labels is on the screen.

If i want to create an invoice or a reference, the form is ok.

I'm in the 9.5 version.

Can you help me please?

Many thanks @MikiVazquez for weeks I was trying to make this works this should be in documentation instructions, thanks for the help

Thanks!!! It works perfectly! I try different options but not this part of configuration. I hope there will be a fix in the future version because i didn't need to do this config in the previous version ;)
