Knowledge Base Item marked as FAQ are shown on the Forms Page

Hi, im using GLPI 10.0.18 with 2.13.10 Formcreator. I made a GLPI version upgrade from 9.5.6. But with no plugins tables from Database, so, my formcreator plugin, and the forms is fresh and clean.

The knowledge base (with faq configurations) was migrated from GLPI 9.

My issue, as in title, is that my FAQ items are shown on the forms page.

When I select NO to the article FAQ option in the knowledge base, the article disappear from the forms page (correct), but it dissappears too from the FAQ page (not so good).

The formcreator plugin have no configure options, so, how do i fix it ?

Hi

This is a feature of Formcrerator. The service catalog is a single entry point to browse forms and FAQ items. You can disable FAQ items in the entity configuration, tab "Formcreator". Keep in mind that the settings are recursive, then I guess you'll want to disable FAQ in the root entity. All subesquent entities will inherit from their parent by default.
