Forms not appearing on the GLPI homepage and some fields not editable in FormCreator

I am experiencing a couple of issues with GLPI 10.0.18 and FormCreator 2.13.10.
Forms not appearing
Forms not appearing on the GLPI homepage: When I open GLPI, the forms no longer appear on the homepage, although they are correctly listed and accessible in the configuration area. Everything is enabled for the forms to be displayed, but they are not showing up.
Unable to edit certain fields
Inability to edit certain fields: When I open one of the forms, I noticed that I am no longer able to modify certain fields, such as the questions. However, in the visualization part, everything appears correctly.
Could you please assist with these issues? Thanks in advance!

Forms are accessible in several places then I need to clarify what is for you "GLPI homepage". Is it the service catalog when it is enabled and you are using a self-service profile ? Is it the "Forms" tab visible in the homepage with URL ending with front/central.php, or is it the page accessible via the URL plugins/formcreator/front/formlist.php (menu Assistance > Forms) ?

Can you check the files php-errors.log and sql-errors.log ? Is there something related here ? Check also if you have javascript errors when you try to edit a problematic field (Ctrl+Shift+I to open developer tools > javascript console)
Had the same issue. It was caused by language settings: Form language was set to German, my web language was set to English.
The problem is in the lenguage settings in the forms and in glpi, update this in glpi and the form to be equals, and this solve, maybe you have to login again
