It's not really for Formcreator, but Formcreator uses LDAP Criteria So, I say, perhaps ?

We have possibility to select attributs (listed and managed in criteria ldap of GLPI) : ok

I don't succeed to concatenate 2 fields from ldap in one critere like this :

I don't think it can be done ? if yes : what is the good syntax
