Problems with Self-Service in Formcreator

Hello, good afternoon!

After updating the Formcreator to version 2.13.8 on GLPI 10.0.3, I am facing this issue.

Users in Self-Service mode are unable to view their tickets in the "My Tickets" tab. Additionally, they cannot see the ticket counters, and a red exclamation mark is displayed as shown below:
