Text and treedropdown in ticket title

Describe the bug

If a text question and a tree dropdown are used to generate a ticket's title, the encoding used is not the same and ticket is not rendered properly

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a form with a dropdown ITIL Category question and a text question
2. add a target ticket, title's title muse be ##answer_1## and ##answer_2## (adapt question IDs)
3. fill text with foo & bar and the dropdown with any item which a child of a root item
