Incorrect Notification Template
Hello,
we are using GLPI v10 in use with formcreator plugin in version 2.13.0-beta.1. I have set in the GLPI configuration that a specific technician uses a separate notification template. When I create a ticket normally, this template is also used.
If I generate a ticket via the formcreator, then it seems that the default or a different template is used. I have set the above mentioned special technician in the properties of the form. I don't see any more configuration options.
Have I overlooked something? Regards

Please show where you configured that. Noteifications -> Noteifications -> My Notification Name -> Recipients

Please show how you configured that as well. Administration -> Forms -> My Form -> Targets -> Targetname -> Actors -> Assigned to: User uj[..]
The named user is in the group uj[...] and Profile FortiEDR.
I think that you created a new notification and configured its template, probably in a sub entity.
If I'm right then the entity where the requester creates his answers will impact the notification used by GLPI. This is quite hard to find out why you get this behavious. Many things must be checked in your instance. Entities tree, where are the form, the requester and your notification in the entities tree. And maybe some other things I don't mind yet.
