Plugin instalation issue

Hello everyone,

When I try to install the Fields plugin, it's being displayed the following error:

It seems to be related with create tables on MySQL. I've checked the permissions and everything seems to be good. Any idea how to solve this ?

Note: It's the only plugin with error, all the others are ok.
