[GLPI10.0.1] Error at Create a New Container

I'm using the plugin but I came across the following problem.

Problem: In the current version (1.16.0), when trying to create a new container in an entity, where there is a container of the same type in another entity, an error is returned stating that a container of the same type cannot be created, characterizing that there is no currently active entity being validated.

Example: There are entities 1 and 2. In E1, a container of type "ProjectTask" was created. When trying to create a container of the same type in E2 (logged into it), an error is returned informing that it is not possible to create the same type. However, when confirming in the table, the containers are separated by entity, where I understand that the "Type|Entity" key should not be validated.

I created it via database to test, where it was possible to use normally in the two entities.
