fields Pas de champs dans la solution

Bonjour,

J'ai choisi ajout de champs dans l'onglet solution, hors GLPI ne propose plus réellement ce champs puisqu'il y ai intégré directement dans le traitement du ticket.

Hors j'ai besoin de rendre ces 2 champs obligatoire avant la fermeture du ticket et cela ne fonctionne pas.

Une solution ?

Hi,

In fact, the plugin seems to be able to add new fields in the ticket solution block. However, the new fields do not appear when you add a new solution.

The problem is the same with the plugin in glpi v9.5x & 10.x.x.

We like having the ability to add more fields in the solution block. Is it possible? Ideally for glpi 9.5.x & 10.x.x.

Same for me. When i would like to add field in solution it not appears (last version of field and last of GLPI)

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
