Extra fields don't show up since upgrade to GLPI 9.5
Since upgrading the GLPI to 9.5 the extra fields don't show up in the ticket template anymore. I've tried deleting and re-adding them, checking the rights of every profile but they do not show up.
What else can I try to get them back?


Apparently the fields show up when the ticket has been made, but it does not show up during the initial creation of a ticket. Any ideas?

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale
If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
