Field showed in ticket view
Hi, Could you tell me if it is possible to add a custom field to be showed in ticket list view and export?

Yes, it is possible.
When you add fields on a ticket, you can add them in the list view, and, when it is done, they can be exported.

In my case it's a field in entities (customer number) an I would like to add them the same way as entity name in ticket view.
To export them after.

It is only possible to view fields added in the itemtype of the displayed list.
Maybe it could be possible to add this feature by adding a "Visible from" options for each field (or block) to indicate on which itemtype this field should be visible in list view to dynamically create corresponding search options.
I have no idea of the amount of work it requires.

I have a field added in entity and would like to 'see' them in ticket view. We already have the name of the corresponding entity.

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale
If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
