Add possibility to manage rights per field and not per block

I will be perfect if we can manage rights per field and not per block.

If it's not possible we should be able to add more than one block for the option "Insert in the form (before save button)"

There has been no activity on this issue for some time and therefore it is considered stale

If this issue is related to a bug, please try to reproduce on latest release (GLPI and plugin). If the problem persist, feel free to open a new issue.
