Dropdown with multiple values

I'm trying to import data on a custom dropdown field that allows multiple values. I used several way to do that (CSV file) but without success. Ex:

• Option A, Option B
• Option A; Option B
• ["Option A", "Option B"]
• [“Option A"; "Option B"]

Is there a solution for this scenario? Thanks in advance. Best.
