Deken acts funky on Raspbian 11

Hello, It's me again 🙈

Steps to reproduce:

1. search for a package
2. click download button
3. observe progress bar filling in

Result:

• the list of installed externs is empty, nothing is installed.

I could not reproduce this in my Debian aarch64 virtual machine. I'll try it soon on a real Raspberry Pi, but it'll take me a bit longer to get to it.
