Dark mode defaults to white panel text making most objects unreadable

Just installed the program and switched it into dark mode, immediately the black text on many panels switched to white. Might this be that the default colours are messed up and need changed?

OS: Windows 11

Repro steps:

1. Install the software
2. Open main menu in top left
3. Click the black circle to switch from light mode to dark mode

Expected behaviour: Panel text is a visible colour (e.g black) Actual behaviour: Panel text switches to white making most things unreadable

All of this behaviour was observed using the default colour settings (I only switched from light to dark mode, no colour hex codes were edited).

This is basically like https://github.com/plugdata-team/plugdata/issues/1455

My suggestion would be that the dark themes use grey for Comment text.
