After the crash, third-party libraries installed via find externals become unavailable Win11

I installed the ceamms add-on in "Find externals" and after crashing and opening the saved patch, third-party objects are shown highlighted with a red frame. To make the objects work, it is necessary to add some object from caemms that the system sees, let's say snd.play~-help, then it starts working again, but only if you change anything in the object parameters. image The system does not display an object from ceamms in the menu autocomplete. However, this object is present and visible (see screenshot). PlugData Nightly build: dfe1165cb

Thanks for reporting, this might be a pretty good clue about an issue I've seen before but was never able to solve!

I wonder, after this crash happens, is the ceammc externals also gone from the list of installed externals in the "find externals" dialog?

Because I have had reports of externals disappearing from there before on Windows, but I was never able to reproduce it. Perhaps this issue occurs only after plugdata crashes?

ceamms is displayed, but vstplugin is not, but it still present in the Externals folder. On macOS with 0.8.2, after another crash all externals disappear, but they are present in the Externals folder, the system shows "No externals found". at the same time they work and they are visible in autocomplete also.
