Grey out help/reference for non-"helpful" palette objects

I teach PlugData to community college students and they are confused as to why many of the palette objects in the sidebar don't have help/reference docs when they click them. I think those options should be greyed out if they aren't relevant (aka, abstractions).

This would be nice, the problem is that the searching for helpfiles happens after you click the help button. Doing it when right-clicking would mean that opening the right-click menu will become a lot slower. How long it takes to find helpfiles depends on how many files you have in your path, so if you have a lot, loading the right-click menu could take a while.

It is possible to do this for the "Reference" part though, I'll look into that!
