Add config for the iDraw v2.0

Thanks for your work on this extension.

This PR adds a tested config for the iDraw v2.0 that was derived by spying on the gcode generated by the iDraw Inkscape extension. It's been tested on the A3 (T) model but I anticipate that it will work on any v2 model.

I note that it doesn't follow convention established by the other configs (I've left extensive comments in the config and none in the generated gcode and I've included a segment_last which I think I could have avoided with a slight restructure) but I thought I'd submit regardless to save others the work of figuring it out.
