Warn about `write_image` hanging with latest Kaleido

Unfixed problem, had to spend time debugging. A warning should be thrown, and it'd help to suggest the commonly-working fix of downgrading to kaleido==0.1.0.post1 (0.1.0 via -conda-forge also worked for me).
Same here.
I figured that you need to downgrade to kaleido==0.0.3 in order to make it work on Linux. Can somebody confirm this?
