Self signed SSL certificates

Trying to connect to local elasticsearch cluster which has self signed certificates enabled. I am getting error:

request to https://127.0.0.1:9200/_cat/indices/?format=json failed, reason: unable to verify the first certificate

Is there an easy way I can skip verification or accept those certificates?
