mobile navigation bar doesn't work

The sign up /sign in/ request demo buttons are supposed to be collapsed into this menu button on mobile but clicking on it doesn't display the menu.

As noted in https://github.com/plotly/documentation/issues/1374 @nicolaskruchten and I are ok with dropping the collapsable menu to resolve this issue
