Remove GraphWidget tutorial

This page using the deprecated GraphWidget still shows up in google searches: https://plot.ly/python/ipython-widgets/

I think we can just remove it.

I removed all the html files for those old graphWidget examples when I updated the docs but it looks like it didn't get deleted from the gh-pages branch after it was deleted from source-design-merge.

instead of removing it, I think it would be better to redirect (for anyone who may have bookmarked or seo)

perhaps redirect to the controls section after https://github.com/plotly/documentation/issues/991 is resolved
