Update for R Package

This PR adds the ability to install the R package of Dash Dangerously Set Inner HTML using remotes::install_github, and prepares it for CRAN publishing as a continuation of #2.

Here's a good example of what the dash-info.yaml file entails (we'll need to add lines up to and including one entry within r_examples: https://github.com/plotly/dash-core-components/blob/master/dash-info.yaml.
