Support for ESP8266 and Arduino 1.8

I made some little adaptations to plotly_streaming_wifi files to make it work with esp8266 and arduino 1.8.

Please take attention to the length of the http request the class produces (line 60).

hi. does it still work nowadays ? i tried desperately with esp8266, with arduino 1.8 1.6 with raspberryPi ... none of these makes a chart on Plotly. starting to be desperate about this api.
