Add resolution switching to match the content resolution

Test environment

PMS Version: 1.14.0.5470 PMP Version: v2.24.0 Platform (Windows/OSX/Embedded): Windows/Embedded

Current behavior

1. PMP sets the refresh rate correctly to match the content, but not the resolution.

Expected behavior

1. PMP should also set the resolution to match the content. (like Kodi 18 does it)

It would be a really nice feature to have something like that because in these scenarios the TV can upscale the image with it's integrated SoC. (also reduces the load on the PMP device) -> 1080p24 movie on 4K TV (PMP sets the TV to 1080p24, the TV can handle the upscaling process) Not like this: 1080p movie on 4K TV (set to 4K, the movie needs to be upscaled by the PMP device)

And also handle the movie file more natively, no extra conversion in the chain needed. -> 4K24p movie on 4K TV (PMP sets the TV to 4K24p, "native")

-> Also let the user set which resolutions are allowed. (e.g 576p/1080p/2160p)

Although we typically we close feature requests pretty quickly to keep this repo focused on defects. I'll tag this one as a general av support issue. We'll triage it in the future and determine whether to address or close this issue.
