Select Subdomains and Alias

At the moment its only possible to add www and all Subdomains to the Cert. Please make this option selectable!

Its important to define which DNS Entrys used in the cert.

Currently only domain, its aliases and thier 'www.' counterparts and 'webmail.' could be added to certificate SAN. Addon domains and subdomains are secured by their own separtate certificates.
