Hi, thanks for the wonderful script to check the locked processes.

Would it be difficult to implement this for ver 7.1? https://github.com/pldmgg/misc-powershell/blob/master/MyFunctions/PowerShellCore_Compatible/Get-FileLockProcess.ps1

@stephen147 can you check if changes in #12 work for you? I only tested 7.0.4.
