Feature request: Being able to re-order elements in an array, similar to the Script sub-components

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. It is currently not possible to re-order elements of an array.

Additional context This functionality seems to be available on the Script component for sub-components in PlayCanvas. It works perfectly there as a drag-and-drop icon. It'd be perfect to use that same functionality.
