UX tweaks to script loading order settings

The current ux for changing script loading order from the entity menu is by clicking on the MANAGE button which then opens scene level settings panel

Issue:

Users are still a click away from the script loading order setting - not a good user experience because the user specifically clicked on MANAGE button for the loading order.

Suggestion:

Automatically open the script loading order drawer and highlight the script that the user was previously on.
