Upside Down Labs MSP430 Breadstick support

Hey,

This PR adds the support for Upside Down Labs MSP430 Breadstick dev-board. The msptool has been published as tool-msptool and works great with the submitted code.

One task that remains is to add the UpsideDownLabs-Breadstick variant to the framework-energiamsp430. I have the code ready and tested please let me know where do I have to submit it. I was not able to figure this part, I hope someone can help me here :)

May I publish the updated framework-energiamsp430 same as i published the tool-msptool and add the required changes to this PR?
